Germany Lok Sing Electroacoustic Laboratory (DMW) is a 1960 PhD, Ph.D., Electroacoustic Laboratory, Leipzig University, Germany. In order to commemorate Germany’s many music masters, to spread the wealth of art they created to belong to all mankind.
