西宁钢厂650轧钢车间的96m~2、118m~2两座推钢式连续加热炉是60年代前的设备,装备落后,加热能力低.能耗高。几年来我们以节能技术改造为中心,逢修必改,实施了一系列行之有效的改造措施,提高了装备水平.(1 )改进炉体结构。为了增强加热能力,我们考察了同行业比较先进的加热炉,并结合实际.利用1989年2号炉大修的机会进行了大规模的改造,具体内容有:①炉体由原来的25.98m延长到31.78m,预热段加长了5.8m;②炉顶改为全辐射平顶结构;③降低护膛高度350mm;④均热段去掉“死炕”,采用压下式出料端结构;⑤封闭例炉门12个.炉子作了这些改造后,炉温平均提高了120℃,排烟温度降低了150℃,小时加热产量由原
