以氘代邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯为内标,建立了液相色谱-串联质谱法测定肠内营养乳剂中的偏苯三酸三辛酯(1)。使用C_8色谱柱,以甲醇-丙酮-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,多反应离子检测模式,监测离子对m/z 547.7→m/z305.4(1)及m/z 395.6→m/z 149.1(内标)。1在10~1000 ng/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,日内、日间RSD<7%,准确度为96%~103%。并用该法测定了模拟临床使用状态下PVC输液管中1向肠内营养乳剂中的迁移量。
A new liquid chromatographic-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) method was developed for the determination of trioctyl trimellitate (1) in enteral nutrition emulsion by using di-2-ethyl hexyl phthalate as internal standard. The molar ratio of m / z 547.7 → m / z 305.4 (1) and m / z 395.6 → m / z was monitored by C_8 column using methanol-acetone-water as mobile phase and gradient elution. 149.1 (internal standard). 1 had a good linearity within the concentration range of 10 ~ 1000 ng / ml.
