对90 年代的气象资料分析表明,江苏各麦区呈暖冬态势,冬季日平均温度与常年比较,10 年中有9 年偏暖,累计日平均温度增加30 ~244 ℃。暖冬等气象导致小麦生育进程加快,其中,一般暖冬年份增加01 ~12 张叶片,特殊暖冬年份增加15 ~25 张叶片。暖冬对不同区域、品种、播期的影响不同。三个特殊暖冬年中,1994 ~1995 年度为平产年份,1997 ~1998 年度为特大减产年份,1998 ~1999 年度为大增产年份。并明确了湿害是影响江苏麦作生产的主要障碍因素,中后期气候条件对麦作产量至关重要。提出了通过适期播种、推广应用综合抗旱抗湿及灾后恢复等措施,争取麦作高产稳产。
The analysis of the meteorological data of the 1990s shows that the wheat growing areas in Jiangsu Province are warm in winter, and the average daily temperature in winter is 9 years warm in 10 years and the accumulated daily average temperature is increased by 30 ~ 244 ℃.
