目的 观察脂肪负荷餐后高甘油三酯 (TG)应答与某些动脉粥样硬化 (AS)相关指标改变的关系 ,探讨它在AS发生、发展中的作用。 方法 5 0名飞行员分为试验组和对照组 ,每组 2 5人。两组在定量早餐后 ,试验组加服脂肪负荷餐。采集空腹、脂肪负荷餐后 (早餐后 ) 3、8h静脉血 ,测定血浆一氧化氮 (NO)、冯维尔布兰德因子 (vWF)、凝血酶原时间 (PT)、活化的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间 (TT)、纤维蛋白原 (FIB)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ (ATⅢ )、纤溶酶原 (PLG)、抗纤溶酶 (AP)、睾酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 ) 11项指标水平。 结果 试验组餐后 3h血浆NO、vWF、ATⅢ、T水平和餐后8hvWF、PT、TT、FIB、ATⅢ、PLG水平与两组空腹 ,对照组 3或 8h同时间点相比差异有显著性意义(P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 )。 结论 脂肪负荷餐后高TG应答可引起内皮细胞功能障碍 ,凝血、抗凝血、纤溶活性增高及男性T水平降低 ,某些指标的异常延续时间可能比高TG应答更长。持续高TG应答或富含甘油三酯的脂蛋白清除延迟可能使这些改变产生不可逆的病理损伤 ,与AS形成和发展相关。
Objective To observe the relationship between the postprandial triglyceride (TG) response to fat load and the changes of some related markers of atherosclerosis (AS) and to explore its role in the occurrence and development of AS. Methods Fifty pilots were divided into experimental group and control group, with 25 in each group. Two groups in the quantitative breakfast, the test group plus fat load meal. Venous blood samples were collected at 3 h and 8 h after fasting and fat load (after breakfast), and plasma levels of nitric oxide (NO), von Willebrand factor (vWF), prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin (APTT), thrombin time (TT), fibrinogen (FIB), antithrombin Ⅲ (ATⅢ), plasminogen (PLG), antiplasmin (AP), testosterone Glycol (E2) 11 indicators of the level. Results The levels of plasma NO, vWF, ATⅢ, T and postprandial 8hvWF, PT, TT, FIB, ATⅢ and PLG levels in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group at 3 or 8 hours (P <0. 01 or 0 .0 5). Conclusion The postprandial high TG response of fat load can cause endothelial dysfunction, increase of coagulation, anticoagulant and fibrinolytic activity and decrease of T level in males. The abnormal continuation time of some indexes may be longer than that of high TG. Persistent high TG response or triglyceride-rich lipoprotein clearance delays may cause these changes to be irreversible pathological lesions that are associated with AS formation and development.
