长电科技成功完成对星科金朋的并购,跻身全球领先半导体封测企业行列中国半导体封测行业的领先企业江苏长电科技股份有限公司(股票代码:600584)于2015年8月5日正式完成对星科金朋公司的收购。星科金朋是一家总部位于新加坡的半导体封装测试领先企业。本次并购交易最初披露于2014年12月30日,经由长电科技的新加坡子公司JCET-SC(Singapore)Pte.Ltd.完成收购,交易金额达7.8亿美元。

The transaction was originally disclosed on December 30, 2014 and the acquisition was completed by JCET-SC (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of CKD Technology, with a transaction amount of $ 780 million.
