一、引言2003年4月1日,湖北、浙江、湖南部分地区遭受冰雹、暴雨袭击。湖北省出现入春以来的第一场暴雨,巴东县一些地区发生了泥石流和山体滑坡,造成民房倒塌。1日凌晨2点到3点,湖南张家界部分地区也遭受了狂风和冰雹袭击,中心地带风力达10级,许多房屋被刮坏,通信和电力一度中断。在浙江东阳市,从1日下午4点20分左右开始出现暴雨、冰雹天气,一些树木被拦腰折断,部分厂房倒塌,农作物损失较重,十多名居民受伤。
I. Introduction On April 1, 2003, some areas of Hubei, Zhejiang and Hunan suffered hail and heavy rains. In Hubei Province, the first heavy rain since spring began. Debris flow and landslides occurred in some areas of Badong County, causing the collapse of houses. At 2:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m., some areas of Zhangjiajie in Hunan Province were also hit by windstorms and hail attacks. Winds of up to 10 were in the center and many houses were damaged and communications and electricity were cut off. In Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province, torrential rain and hail weather began at around 4:20 pm on the 1st. Some trees were broken by the middle of the bay, some of the plants collapsed, the crop losses were heavy and more than 10 residents were injured.
