金属镉和铅都可引起贫血,但镉所致的贫血机制尚不清楚。为此作者对镉是否也和铅一样可引起ALA-D活性下降等问题进行了调查。对象和方法:镉接触者为石川县梯川流域镉污染地区的居民,尿镉含量为15.3μg/g,肌酐(男11人)和16.1μg/g,肌酐(女24人),均有肾脏损害。铅接触者为石川县的陶瓷绘画工,一年前的尿铅含量为34.5μg/l(男104人)和30.6μg/l(女81人)。对照组为石川县无铅镉接触史的农村妇女(59人)。ALA-D用
