一九八七年四月二十五日,临汾蒲剧院“青年表演艺术家”任跟心在她的老师张巧凤和团长翟保平的协同下,来西安市艺术学校向李德富老师求教。任跟心今年二十四岁,一九七四年进山西省临汾戏校学习,一九七九年分配到蒲剧院。她在老院长赵乙和张巧凤老师的关怀和培育下,先后演出了《挂画》、《打神告庙》和《杀狗》等多出折子戏。在《挂画》一剧中,任跟心把一个多情、美丽、善良而又奔放的少女叶含嫣,刻画得活灵活现,真实可信。尤其是她那奇妙的椅子功、手帕技巧和一整套布置厅堂、打扮穿戴、挂画上墙等身段动作,均有独到之处。

In particular, her amazing chair work, handkerchief skills and a set of layout hall, dress, wall paintings and other movements, are unique.
