《宋史》卷三二九《陳繹傳》曰:神宗時,“知制誥,拜翰林學士,以侍講學士知鄧州”。此處稱陳繹爲侍講學士誤。按:蘇頌撰陳繹墓誌記載稱:繹“逾年爲翰林學士。未幾,以疾請郡,上遣中使勞問,賜以良藥。俄換侍讀學士,知鄧州兼本路安撫使”。其後又云:“還翰苑兼侍讀,充羣牧使”(《蘇魏公文集》卷六〇)。陳繹爲翰林侍讀學士,
