轻烃芳构化工艺中液相产品各组份的定性和定量分析对研究芳构化反应机理至关重要。利用标准物质GC方法和GC/MS法对芳构化液相产品进行了定性分析,共确定了23个组分,分析16min能够全部很好地分析芳构化产品。采用程序升温毛细管色谱法对其进行了定量分析,定量结果的相对标准偏差均小于3.0%。用已知标准样品进行了定量方法的准确度和精密度的考察,分别测定7次取其平均值进行比较,其相对误差均小于5.0%,相对标准偏差均小于1.5%,该方法符合分析芳构化液相产品分析的要求。实验结果表明,在500℃下用富含C4烯烃的石油液化气进行芳构化反应,所得芳构化产物中苯、甲苯、二甲苯的含量为82.221%,从而证明此催化剂是一种高效的芳构化催化剂。该方法具有分析准确度高、精确度好、分析时间短、操作简单及移植性强等特点,通过定性和定量分析,为评价芳构化催化剂提供依据。
The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the components of liquid products in the light hydrocarbon aromatization process is very important for the study of aromatization reaction mechanism. Qualitative analysis of the aromatized liquid products using standard GC and GC / MS methods identified a total of 23 components, all of which were analyzed for 16 minutes for well-aromatized products. Quantitative analysis was carried out by temperature-programmed capillary gas chromatography with the relative standard deviations of less than 3.0%. The accuracy and precision of the quantitative methods were investigated by using known standard samples. The relative error was less than 5.0% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were less than 1.5% Constructed liquid phase product analysis requirements. The experimental results show that the aromatization reaction of petroleum liquefied gas containing C4 olefins at 500 ℃ results in the content of benzene, toluene and xylene in the obtained aromatized product being 82.221%, which proves that the catalyst is an efficient Aromatization catalyst. The method has the advantages of high accuracy, good accuracy, short analysis time, simple operation and strong portability. It provides a basis for the evaluation of aromatization catalyst through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
