本文报道在利用树建立感染人乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)模型,以及进行HBV和(或)黄曲霉毒素B1诱癌实验研究中,摸索出的反复对树肝活检技术。对76只树进行363例(次)肝切手术,其中有49只树每只反复肝活检6次,有16只每只反复肝活检7次。相邻两次手术间隔为2个月。没有1例因手术而死亡。亦没发现严重的术后并发症。肝活检所获取的标本可以进行多项检查。表明该技术是对树进行动态肝活检的既安全又简便的方法。
This paper reports the repeated use of tree liver biopsy technique in the establishment of a model of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in tree shrews and in the experiment of inducing HBV and / or aflatoxin B1 to induce cancer.
