据相关资料显示,目前我国已注册登记的中小企业约有1000万家以上,占全部企业总数的99%,中小企业已成为我国经济持续发展与稳定增长的重要力量,但是中小企业破产概率极高。在资金技术,管理及人力资本方面均处于弱势的中小企业近几年出现了发展速度减缓,效益降低,亏损破产企业增多的不利局面,当然,造成这种现象的原因是多方面的,但不可否认,战略的缺失,没有形成自己独特的核心竞争力是主要的原因之一。因此,有必要对我国中小企业的发展战略进行研究,以促进其健康快速发展。
