在当今这个瞬息万变的世界,采购经理人正面临着新的压力,迫使他们不得不从战略层面考虑如何更为全面地发挥自己的作用。为此,一些领先企业开始拓展视野,引入先进的做法,而就在几年前这些做法还是极为罕见的。这些企业将重点放在统一战略、数据分析、流程简化以及涵盖整个产品生命周期的管理。埃森哲针对采购问题的研究显示,有些企业已开始在上述一个或两个方面采取先进的做法。不过还有一种方法可以做得更好:那就是,将这四个方面纳入统一规划,我们将这种方法称之为“采购驱动型增长”。这将会成为在提升价值、节约成本领域实现卓越表现的新标志,而那些率先利用采购驱动型增长的企业将获益最为丰厚。
In today’s rapidly changing world, purchasing managers are facing new pressures, forcing them to consider strategically how to more fully play their role. To this end, some leading companies began to broaden their horizons and introduced advanced practices, which were extremely rare just a few years ago. These companies focus on a unified strategy, data analysis, process simplification, and management that covers the entire product life cycle. Accenture’s research on procurement issues shows that some companies have begun to adopt advanced practices in one or two of the above aspects. However, there is another way to do better: that is, to integrate these four aspects into a unified plan. We call this method “purchase-driven growth.” This will be a new sign of excellence in value enhancement and cost savings, and those companies that have pioneered the use of procurement-driven growth will benefit the most.
