随着国民经济的进一步发展.资源环境对经济发展的制约作用越来越明显.为了从根本上解决这一瓶颈问题,唯一的出路就在于加快转变经济发展方式.本文着眼于中部武汉城市圈两型社会建设的实际,在分析资源节约发展模式上,从环境保护法律和努力发展循环经济两个发面给出合理的政策建议.
