目的探讨分析经泪前隐窝切除上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床效果。方法回顾性分析18例上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者临床资料,经鼻内镜泪前隐窝入路术治疗,观察术后的创面愈合和肿瘤切除后的复发情况。结果随访2个月~3年,16例未复发,2例患者术后3个月复发,清除肿瘤,基底部电刀烧灼,随访至今未见复发。结论鼻内镜下经泪前隐窝切除上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤,疗效显著,且创伤小,患者术后恢复快,复发率低,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of inverted maxillary sinus inverted papilloma by crypt. Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with inverted papilloma of the maxillary sinus were retrospectively analyzed. The endoscopic sinus approach and endoscopic approach were used to treat the wounds. The wound healing and tumor recurrence after operation were observed. Results The patients were followed up for 2 months to 3 years. 16 patients did not relapse and 2 patients relapsed 3 months after operation. The tumor and basilar electrocautery ablation were followed up and no recurrence was found. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic resection of maxillary sinus inverted papilloma, a significant effect, and trauma, rapid recovery after surgery, the recurrence rate is low, worthy of clinical promotion.
