欢喜岭油田齐40块是国内中深层中—厚互层状普通稠油典型代表区块,先导试验历时10年,采收率可达30%,油汽比0.18。基于先导试验效果评价,开展了全区150个井组的蒸汽驱工业化推广工作,覆盖地质储量3774万吨,预计蒸汽驱采收率可达29.7%,最终采收率可达60.1%,是世界上第一个成功转入蒸汽驱工业化开发的中深层油藏。整体转驱3年多来,通过应用先进的油藏工程设计和深层开发工艺配套技术,不断加强动态分析和调控,蒸汽驱开发效果显著,产量年递增10万吨以上。本文系统论述了齐40蒸汽驱的油藏条件、方案设计、实施效果,实施中遇到的问题和采取的调整措施,系统地总结了试验中的开发规律和经验认识,对国内外同类油藏开发具有很好的指导作用,示范意义重大。
Block 40 of Huanxiling Oilfield is a typical representative block of mid-deep medium-thick interbedded common heavy oil. The pilot test lasts for 10 years, the recovery rate can reach 30% and the oil-steam ratio can reach 0.18. This paper systematically discusses the reservoirs conditions, scheme design, implementation effect, problems encountered in implementation and adjustment measures adopted in Qi40 steam flooding reservoir.
