辽河油田中深层稠油蒸汽驱技术工业化推广与研究

欢喜岭油田齐40块是国内中深层中—厚互层状普通稠油典型代表区块,先导试验历时10年,采收率可达30%,油汽比0.18。基于先导试验效果评价,开展了全区150个井组的蒸汽驱工业化推广工作,覆盖地质储量3774万吨,预计蒸汽驱采收率可达29.7%,最终采收率可达60.1%,是世界上第一个成功转入蒸汽驱工业化开发的中深层油藏。整体转驱3年多来,通过应用先进的油藏工程设计和深层开发工艺配套技术,不断加强动态分析和调控,蒸汽驱开发效果显著,产量年递增10万吨以上。本文系统论述了齐40蒸汽驱的油藏条件、方案设计、实施效果,实施中遇到的问题和采取的调整措施,系统地总结了试验中的开发规律和经验认识,对国内外同类油藏开发具有很好的指导作用,示范意义重大。 Block 40 of Huanxiling Oilfield is a typical representative block of mid-deep medium-thick interbedded common heavy oil. The pilot test lasts for 10 years, the recovery rate can reach 30% and the oil-steam ratio can reach 0.18. Based on the evaluation of pilot test results, the promotion of industrialization of steam flooding in 150 well groups in the whole region has been carried out, covering 37.74 million tons of geological reserves. The recovery rate of steam flooding is expected to reach 29.7% and the ultimate recovery rate will reach 60.1% On the first successfully transferred into the industrial development of steam flooding reservoir. Over the past 3 years since its implementation, the company has continuously strengthened its dynamic analysis and control through application of advanced reservoir engineering design and deep development process supporting technologies. The development of steam flooding has achieved remarkable results with an annual increase of more than 100,000 tons. This paper systematically discusses the reservoirs conditions, scheme design, implementation effect, problems encountered in implementation and adjustment measures adopted in Qi40 steam flooding reservoir. It systematically summarizes the development law and experience in the experiment, Development has a good guiding role, the model of great significance.
