目的：探讨舒适护理服务模式对骨折急诊患者满意度。方法对照组骨折患者给予常规护理措施，内容包括病情观察、生命体征监测、用药护理等；实验组骨折患者在进行上述常规护理措施基础上，给予舒适护理服务模式进行全面护理。对比两组护理模式对骨折急诊患者满意度。结果：实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论舒适护理干预可以有效提高急诊骨折患者满意度。“,”To research the satisfaction degree of comfort nursing service model for fracture emergency patients. Methods Te control group was given conventional nursing measures for patients with fractures, including observation, monitoring of vital signs, medication nursing; experimental group fracture patients in the routine nursing measures, provide comfortable nursing service mode for comprehensive nursing. Comparison of two groups of nursing model for fracture emergency patient satisfaction. Results: Te satisfaction of the experimental group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention can efectively improve the satisfaction of emergency fracture patients.
