文章通过对我市农村财务管理工作的调查,发现部分村存在一些问题尚未解决。虽然我们已经取得了一定的成绩,但存在的问题仍然不能忽视。搞好新农村建设,维护农村社会稳定大局,财务管理工作至关重要。因此,提出并解决这些问题迫在眉睫。文章从农村会计核算的基础工作、财务管理制度、财会人员业务水平、财务公开四个方面阐述了财务管理工作存在的问题,并结合安丘市农村实际提出了相应的解决对策。
Through the survey of the financial management of rural areas in our city, the article finds that some problems exist in some villages yet to be solved. Although we have made some achievements, the existing problems still can not be ignored. To do a good job in building a new socialist countryside and safeguarding social stability in rural areas, financial management is of crucial importance. Therefore, it is imminent to put forward and solve these problems. The article elaborates the problems existing in financial management from the basic work of rural accounting, the financial management system, the level of financial and accounting personnel, and the financial disclosure. The article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in combination with the actual situation in rural Anqiu City.
