昆玉高速公路是213国道主干线云南省境内的一部分,连接着昆明和玉溪这两座云南省内重要的城市。该路段全长85.707公里,沿途设有13座互通立交,1座单孔680米隧道,双向六车道,设计时速为每小时100公里。投资主体为红塔集团和云南省交通厅。昆玉高速公路机电工程设管理中心一处,包含有收费中心、监控中心和通信中心,下设三个收费站控制室,15个收费站点,88条收费车道,18个通信站及监控外场设备。
Kunyu Expressway is a part of Yunnan Province, the main road of National Highway 213, connecting Kunming with Yuxi, two important cities in Yunnan Province. The road length of 85.707 km, along the way there are 13 interchange, a single hole 680 m tunnel, two-way six lanes, the design speed of 100 kilometers per hour. The main investors are Hongta Group and Yunnan Provincial Communications Department. There is a toll center, a monitoring center and a communication center in the Kunming Expressway Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Management Center. There are three toll booth control rooms, 15 toll booths, 88 toll lanes, 18 communication stations and monitoring field devices .
