以小金海棠和山定子为试材,通过不同供铁水平对其铁离子吸收动力学参数影响的研究,探讨这二个苹果基因型的铁吸收动力学特性及铁高效苹果基因型的筛选指标。结果表明:小金海棠、山定子幼苗对铁离子的吸收均符合离子吸收动力学;与山定子相比,小金海棠对铁有较强的吸收能力。在相同供铁水平下,小金海棠Km值<山定子Km值,小金海棠Imax值>山定子Imax值。由此说明,小金海棠对铁素的亲和力较高、吸收能力较强,属于铁高效基因型;离子吸收动力学参数可作为铁高效苹果基因型植物的筛选指标。
The effects of different iron supply levels on iron absorption kinetics parameters were studied by using the small golden crabapple and the mountain rhizome. The iron absorption kinetics characteristics of the two apple genotypes and screening indexes of the iron-efficient apple genotypes were studied. The results showed that the absorption of ferric ions in the seedlings of M. officinale and P. rhynchophylla was in good agreement with the ion absorption kinetics. Under the same level of iron supply, the Km value of M. cinnabarinus Imax value of hill statues. This shows that the small gold Begonia ferrophilic affinity higher, strong absorption capacity, belong to the iron efficient genotype; ion absorption kinetics parameters can be used as iron-efficient apple genotypes of the screening index.
