1.IT的趋势与挑战 随着现代企业对信息技术(IT)依赖程度越来越高,企业面临着巨大的挑战。分布式计算环境,是一个由散布在企业各处异构IT资源构成的巨大而复杂的网。不同的计算机硬件、不同的操作系统、不同的网络、不同的数据库系统以及各种各样的应用,使IT资源成为极难控制与管理的对象。随着企业运营状况的持续变化以及新技术的不断涌现,管理与控制IT资源成为一个棘手的问题。现代企业几乎每个方面都依赖于信息技术的支持,因此直面企业管理的巨大挑战,是保持生存和发展的唯一出路。
1.IT Trends and Challenges As modern enterprises become increasingly dependent on information technology (IT), enterprises are faced with enormous challenges. The distributed computing environment is a huge and complex web of heterogeneous IT resources scattered throughout the enterprise. Different computer hardware, different operating systems, different networks, different database systems, and a wide variety of applications make IT resources extremely difficult to control and manage. As business operations continue to evolve and new technologies emerge, managing and controlling IT resources becomes a thorny issue. Almost every aspect of modern businesses depends on information technology for their support, so facing the great challenge of business management is the only way to stay alive and grow.
