通过在3Cr2MnMo钢冶炼中加入一定量钒,对比了加入钒与未加入钒3Cr2MnMo钢在相同调质工艺下的硬度及组织,并分析了钒对钢的硬度及组织的影响。结果表明,含钒钢比不含钒钢的淬火硬度和回火硬度都有明显提高,且含钒钢回火硬度随回火温度变化趋缓;钒对3Cr2MnMo钢的组织有明显细化效果。
By adding a certain amount of vanadium in 3Cr2MnMo steel smelting, the hardness and microstructure of 3Cr2MnMo steel with or without vanadium were compared under the same tempering process, and the effect of vanadium on the hardness and microstructure of the steel was analyzed. The results show that both the quenching hardness and the tempering hardness of the vanadium-containing steel are significantly higher than those of the vanadium-free steel, and the tempering hardness of the vanadium-containing steel slows down with the tempering temperature; vanadium has a significant refining effect on the microstructure of 3Cr2MnMo steel.
