采用Pd Ag/γ Al2 O3/陶瓷管复合无机膜填充Cu ZnO ZrO2 /SiO2 固定床催化剂 ,构成反应 分离耦联膜反应器 ,考察对甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酯反应性能的影响。催化剂的n(Cu)∶n(Zn)∶n(Zr) =1∶0 2∶0 1 (原子比 ,下同 )。复合膜的γ Al2 O3过渡层由Sol Gel法制得 ,Pd Ag合金膜由化学镀法制得。采用这种固定床催化膜反应器在某些反应条件下可使甲醇脱氢的转化率超过原有的热力学平衡限制 ,得到更高的产物收率。
The CuZrZO2 / SiO2 fixed-bed catalyst was packed with Pd Ag / γ Al2 O3 / ceramic tube composite inorganic membrane to form the reaction-separation coupled membrane reactor. The influence of methanol dehydrogenation on the reaction performance of methyl formate was investigated. The catalyst of n (Cu): n (Zn): n (Zr) = 1: 0 2:0 1 (atomic ratio, the same below). The composite layer of γ Al 2 O 3 transition layer by Sol Gel method, Pd Ag alloy film by electroless plating. With this fixed-bed catalytic membrane reactor, the conversion of methanol dehydrogenation under some reaction conditions exceeds the original thermodynamic equilibrium limit, resulting in higher product yields.
