作为国有农场的优良传统,思想政治工作也是其进行改革发展的有力保证。为了尽快适应现代化进程等新形势,创建和谐稳定的农场环境,因而需要全面做好职工的思想政治工作。这也是新形势的时代要求,只有不断创新,才能充分发挥其作用,推动各方面建设健康发展。笔者结合实际,首先分析了当前国有农场思想政治工作的难点,其次重点讨论改进对策。
As a fine tradition of state-owned farms, ideological and political work is also a powerful guarantee for its reform and development. In order to adapt to the new situation such as the modernization process as soon as possible and create a harmonious and stable farm environment, it is necessary to fully carry out the ideological and political work of the workers. This is also the time requirement of the new situation. Only by constant innovation can we give full play to its role and promote the healthy development of all walks of life. Based on the actual situation, the author first analyzes the difficulties of ideological and political work in state-owned farms at present, and then focuses on improving countermeasures.
