公安民警在日常的行动中,很容易受到犯罪嫌疑人的攻击从而造成受伤,或遇到群众在意外事件中受伤等情况。他们需要掌握一定的现场急救的知识和技能,以便及时的互救、施救、自救。与医护人员所进行的专业治疗不同,民警需要掌握的急救手段主要有心肺复苏术、人工呼吸、骨折转运和固定以及止血等。突出、强化民警创伤现场急救的地位,使其更为制度化、正规化是十分必要的。因此,本文首先分析了公安民警创伤现场急救的重要性,在此基础上指出了公安民警创伤现场急救的主要内容和手段。希望以此促进公安民警创伤现场急救教学的不断发展。
In daily operations, the police officers are vulnerable to the attacks of criminal suspects, causing injuries or injuries to the public in unexpected events. They need to master certain knowledge and skills of first-aid on-the-spot so that they can help each other in time, rescue and self-help. Different from professional treatment conducted by medical staff, the first aid methods that police need to master are cardiopulmonary resuscitation, artificial respiration, fracture transfer and fixation, and hemostasis. It is very necessary to highlight and strengthen the status of first aid on the spot of civilian police trauma to make it more systematic and regularized. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the importance of first aid on the trauma scene of police and on the basis of this, points out the main contents and means of first aid on the trauma scene of police. Hoping to promote the continuous development of first aid teaching on the trauma scene of policemen.
