为加强金工教学管理,提高金工教学质量,华南理工大学广州汽车学院工程训练中心教学团队采取了一系列措施,如制定完善的金工教学管理制度,加强实验室设备管理,重视师资队伍建设,培养双师型教学人才,积极组织教师队伍对高校金工实习和企业生产线进行参观学习,大力鼓励教师参与科研项目和学生科技活动的辅导工作,开展“大三战略强化训练”的特色金工培训项目,建立了技能培训考证机构等,取得了显著的成效。
