鼠类种群在生存空间的分布和数量变化,是创建灭鼠达标市中必须掌握的种群重要属性之一,是制定灭鼠策略和考核灭效的依据。用鼠夹法和粉迹法根据分层随机抽样的原则,调查鼠类的种群分布和密度,调查中注意扣除无效夹和无效板的数量,以提高相对密度的准确性。用频次比较法分析出褐家鼠的种群空间分布图式是核心分布,空间分布型是负二项分布。这是由褐家鼠的生物学特性和生境条件所决定的。市区内褐家鼠是优势种,相对密度较高,多集中在棚厦和特殊行业中。采用以第一代抗凝血灭鼠剂多种剂型大面积统一投药灭鼠为主的综合防制措施,可达到国家规定的鼠密度标准。
