学校音乐教育作为基础教育的有机组成部分,对受教育者的素质提高具有重要意义。近年来学校音乐教育事业的发展对中小学音乐教师的素质提出了更高的要求。承担音乐教师培养任务的高校音乐教育专业,必须实施更加全面的素质教育,培养出更多的、合格的音乐教师,以满足我国中小学的现实需要。但当前高校音乐教育专业学生在专业素质和文化素质、教育教学实践方面都存在一定的不足。如何加强高校音乐教育专业建设是一个亟待解决的问题。笔者通过多年的教学实践,认为可以通过以下几个方面来加强音乐教育专业的建设。
School music education, as an integral part of basic education, is of great significance to improve the quality of educated people. In recent years, the development of music education in schools has set higher requirements for the quality of primary and secondary music teachers. To undertake the task of music teacher training college music education, we must implement a more comprehensive quality education, cultivate more qualified music teachers to meet the practical needs of primary and secondary schools in our country. However, there are still some shortcomings in the major of professional music education in colleges and universities in terms of professional quality and cultural quality as well as education and teaching practice. How to strengthen the professional construction of music education in colleges and universities is an urgent problem to be solved. Through years of teaching practice, I believe that we can strengthen the construction of music education profession through the following aspects.
