The 3rd International Conference on Microwave and Millimeter Wave Technology (ICMMT2002), sponsored by the China Institute of Electronics, was held in Beijing on August 17-19, 2002. This conference was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, IEEE MTT-S, IEEE EDS , IEEE APS, Japan’s IEICE and Korea’s KITE. This meeting received a total of more than 320 papers, including 294 (including 9 invited reports), participants
