目的:观察高压氧对早期脑梗死患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法:60例脑梗死随机分为康复治疗组和高压氧治疗组,康复治疗组给予常规康复治疗(医疗体操、神经肌肉促进技术、功能性电刺激、电动起立床等训练),高压氧治疗组除给予常规康复治疗外,还结合高压氧治疗,采用中型高压氧舱,面罩吸纯氧60分钟,中间通风换气休息5分钟,加压20分钟,减压25分钟,治疗全程90分钟,1次/d,10次为1个疗程。治疗前和治疗后给予Fugl-Meyer运动功能和改良Bathel指数评定,并对评定结果进行分析。结果:治疗4周后高压氧治疗组各项评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗能促进早期脑梗死患者运动功能的恢复。
Objective: To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on recovery of motor function in patients with early cerebral infarction. Methods: Sixty cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and hyperbaric oxygen group. The rehabilitation group was given routine rehabilitation (such as medical gymnastics, neuromuscular stimulation technique, functional electrical stimulation, electric standing bed training), hyperbaric oxygen therapy group In addition to conventional rehabilitation, combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the use of medium-sized hyperbaric oxygen chamber, mask suction pure oxygen for 60 minutes, the middle ventilation for 5 minutes rest, pressure 20 minutes, decompression 25 minutes, the treatment of 90 minutes, 1 Times / d, 10 times for a course of treatment. Fugl-Meyer motor function and modified Bathel index were assessed before and after treatment, and the results were analyzed. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of hyperbaric oxygen therapy group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can promote the recovery of motor function in patients with early cerebral infarction.
