新课标改革要求对基础教育进行改革,更加要求课程从封闭走向开放,由单一变为综合,这就使小学教师遇到了更大的挑战。小学语文作为一门基础性的学科,不管是从教材设置还是课程标准,都始终贯彻着素质教育。这就要求教师改变教学思想和教学模式,系统进行素质教育,不仅要使学生掌握并运用语文知识,还要提高学生的综合素质。
The reform of the new curriculum standard calls for the reform of basic education, and more requirements for the curriculum from closed to open, from a single into a comprehensive, which makes primary school teachers have encountered greater challenges. Primary language as a basic discipline, whether it is set from the teaching materials or curriculum standards, have always implemented quality education. This requires teachers to change their teaching ideas and teaching mode, the system of quality education, not only to enable students to master and use of language knowledge, but also improve the overall quality of students.
