20世纪中叶以来,我国国民经济突飞猛进,人们对生活水平要求的提高促进了建筑行业的发展。如今,在激烈的行业竞争下,建筑企业要想走得更远、更稳,收益最大,就要重视工程造价。在工程造价环节中,工程造价预结算审核是建筑工程中关键一步,对建筑企业的经济效益有着深远影响。本文简要阐述了工程造价预结算审核步骤和方法,从预结算审核前期准备、审核方法、内容审查、预结算后期四个方面详述了工程造价预结算审核步骤,加之,介绍了工程造价预结算审核的五种方法,分别是全面审核法、重点审核法、对比审核法、筛选法和分组计算审核法,希望能给建筑行业带来帮助。

People’s demand for living standards has promoted the development of the construction industry. Today, in the fierce competition in the industry, the construction enterprises to go farther, more stable and most profitable, we must pay attention to the project cost. In the project cost link, the project cost pre-settlement audit is a key step in the construction project, which has a far-reaching impact on the economic benefits of construction enterprises. This article briefly describes the steps and methods of project cost pre-settlement audit, detailing the steps of project pre-settlement audit from four aspects: pre-audit preparation, audit method, content review and post-settlement.
