目的:观察金纳多治疗脑梗塞病人的临床疗效及血液流变学指标和血管活性物质的变化,了解金纳多治疗脑梗塞的作用机理。方法:脑梗塞病人每日采用金纳多注射液20ml加入到0.2%盐酸培他啶500ml,静脉滴注2个疗程。同时对照观察患者血液流变学及血浆中TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α、ET、CGRP、t-PA、PAI等血管活性物质的变化。结果:金纳多组总有效率90%,显效率75%。对照组总有效率83%,显效率40.4%。金纳多组血液流变学指标改善显著。缩血管活性物质显著下降,舒血管活性物质显著升高;血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)的活性升高,纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物(PAI)的活性降低。结论:金纳多具有协同培他啶增加脑组织微循环血流、提高脑组织氧供应和防止脑组织损伤等作用,可以作为治疗脑梗塞的辅助药物。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical curative effect, hemorheological indexes and the changes of vasoactive substances in patients with cerebral infarction treated with Ginaton to understand the mechanism of action of Ginaton in treating cerebral infarction. Methods: Cerebral infarction patients daily Jinninduo injection 20ml 0.2% hydrochloric acid petidir 500ml, intravenous infusion of 2 courses. At the same time, the changes of hemorrheology and plasma TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1α, ET, CGRP, t-PA, PAI and other vasoactive substances were observed. Results: The total effective rate of Ginaton group 90%, markedly effective rate of 75%. The control group, the total effective rate was 83%, markedly efficient 40.4%. Ginaton group hemorheology improved significantly. Vasoconstrictor activity decreased significantly, vasodilator activity significantly increased; plasma tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA) activity increased, plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI) activity decreased. CONCLUSION: Ginaton has the synergistic effect of peitidine in increasing cerebral microcirculation blood flow, improving brain tissue oxygen supply and preventing brain tissue injury, and can be used as an auxiliary drug for the treatment of cerebral infarction.
