在高校开展创业教育,培养大学生创业意识,提高创业能力,是高等教育发展史上一种新的教育理念,工程项目管理沙盘教学的在工程类专业的引入顺应了这种发展趋势。沙盘教学可以有效地培养大学生在创业过程中不可或缺的心理素质、领导才能及基本的从业技能,而且教学成本不高,实现方式相对简单。沙盘教学的研究和改进是实现高校创业教育模式的很有力的一种支持。
Carrying out entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities to cultivate college students’ entrepreneurial awareness and improve entrepreneurship is a new educational philosophy in the history of higher education. The introduction of engineering specialty in the management of sand table teaching in engineering adapts to this trend of development. Sand table teaching can effectively cultivate college students in the process of entrepreneurship, the psychological quality, leadership skills and basic skills, and teaching costs are not high, the way to achieve relatively simple. The research and improvement of the teaching of sand table is a very powerful support for the realization of the mode of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
