彭雪枫是我党一位德才兼备、智勇双全的优秀将领。国共十年对峙时期,因作战勇敢、战绩卓著,被誉为红军时代著名的青年将领之一。抗日战争爆发后,彭雪枫奉命率部开赴豫东抗日前线,创建豫皖苏根据地。这一时期是彭雪枫一生中对革命贡献最大、军事思想理论发展最丰富的时期,曾先后发表过许多具有独特见解的军事专著和论文,形成一整套关于平原游击战的军事思想。本文试从平原地区的游击战术原则和军队建设两个方面来作一粗浅探讨。
Peng Xuefeng is one of our Party’s excellent generals with both ability and political integrity and wisdom and courage. During the ten years of confrontation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, one of the famous young generals in the Red Army era was known for its brave combat and outstanding achievements. After the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Peng Xuefeng was ordered to go to the front of the Yugoslav Anti-Japanese Front and to establish the Yu-wan-Su base. This period was the period in which Peng Xuefeng made the greatest contribution to the revolution and the richest military theory had ever developed. He has published many monographs and essays with unique insights and formed a complete set of military ideas on the guerrilla warfare in the plains. This article tries to make a brief discussion on the principles of guerrilla tactics and army building in the plain areas.
