基于神经网络的灰色预测模型及其在中国粮食总产量预测中的应用

在单变量灰色预测模型中,不同模型的建模机理是影响因变量模拟和预测结果的重要因素之一.为了充分挖掘不同模型的优点,提出了基于神经网络的灰色耦合预测技术.设计了详细的建模步骤,开发了用于构建新模型的算法,介绍了模型的评估标准,并通过数值示例对模型的性能进行了测试.最后,新模型被用于预测中国的粮食产量.新模型的平均相对误差为1.29%,而GM(1,1),GEM(1,1)和DGM(1,1)的平均相对误差分别为6.74%,2.35%和6.75%.结果 表明,新灰色耦合模型具有良好的预测效果,验证了灰色耦合结构有效性.
