对扁管和微元肋扁管的水力特性进行了实验研究。实验所用最小扁管的当量直径为 0 .44mm。当采用实验方法获取扁管准确的摩擦压力降时 ,首先需要计算出口和入口的局部压力降。采用了一个全新的实验方法对入口、出口处的局部压力降计算进行了实验校核 ,确保了入口、出口局部压力降计算的准确性。实验研究表明采用常规的计算圆管压力降方法计算扁管摩擦压力降误差较大 ,计算微元肋扁管误差更大。对产生该误差的原因进行了分析和探讨
The hydraulic characteristics of flat tubes and micro-rib flat tubes were experimentally studied. The equivalent diameter of the smallest flat tube used in the experiments was 0.44 mm. When using the experimental method to obtain the accurate friction pressure drop of the flat tube, it is first necessary to calculate the local pressure drop at the outlet and the inlet. A new experimental method was used to check the calculation of the local pressure drop at the inlet and outlet, which ensured the accuracy of the local pressure drop calculation at the inlet and outlet. Experimental results show that the error of the frictional pressure drop of the flat tube calculated by the conventional method of calculating the pressure drop of the circular tube is larger, and the error of calculating the flat tube of the micro-rib is larger.
