阐述宜昌市磷矿资源开采和综合利用的现状,目前磷矿全层开采和综合利用存在的主要问题(贫富矿价格过于悬殊,而税费是按量征收,影响全层开采积极性;中低品位磷矿利用率不高,磷化工产品结构不合理,高附加值产品不多)及推进磷矿全层开采和综合利用的措施建议。
The current status of exploitation and comprehensive utilization of phosphate rock resources in Yichang City is expounded. At present, the main problems existing in the full-scale exploitation and comprehensive utilization of phosphate rock (the prices of the poor and the rich ore are too great, and the taxes and fees are collected by quantity, affecting the enthusiasm of full- Grade phosphate utilization is not high, the structure of phosphorus chemical products unreasonable, high value-added products are not) and to promote full-scale exploitation of phosphate rock and comprehensive utilization of measures proposed.
