当前在进行医院人事档案管理中存在较多的问题,例如没有充分利用相关的档案信息进行开发,没有完善信息数字化建设,管理人员没有很高的职业素质等,针对这一问题,医院在以后的管理和发展中,必须充分利用资源共享平台深入挖掘档案信息的价值,引入数字化信息管理技术,提高医院的数字化管理水平等。下面就对这些方面进行分析,希望给有关人士一些借鉴。
