建筑工程,是一项投资巨大、耗费时间特别长的工程,在长时间的工程期间,存在着许许多多可预见的或不可预见的风险,使得建筑工程的施工面临着无比巨大的风险。因此,对于建筑工程施工项目的风险管理也就显得无比的重要。笔者根据当前社会中各工程队的实际情况出发,结合自身观点,对建筑工程施工项目的风险管理给出一些见解。
The construction project is a huge investment and takes a very long time. There are many foreseeable or unforeseen risks during the long period of construction, which makes the construction of the construction project facing a tremendous risk. Therefore, the risk management of construction projects is also very important. Based on the actual situation of each engineering team in the current society, the author gives some opinions on the risk management of construction projects based on its own point of view.
