自信是取得成功的必要条件,作为教师,我们应该注重培养学生的自信。然而,自信需要激励,心理学研究证明:激励可以提高孩子的想象力,提高孩子的创造力,增强孩子的记忆力。
Self-confidence is a necessary condition for success. As teachers, we should focus on cultivating students’ self-confidence. However, confidence needs to be motivated. Psychological research proves: Incentives can improve children’s imagination, improve children’s creativity and enhance children’s memory.
