我们应用氦-氖激光治疗麦粒肿84例,效果满意,报告如下。一般资料 84例(87只眼)中,男性62例,女性22例,门诊病人58例,住院病人26例。年龄:<10岁10例,11～20岁30例,21～30岁32例,>31岁12例。职业:干部22例,战士28例,工人9例,中小学生17例,婴幼儿8例。病程:<3天66例,>3天18例,最短1天,最长3个月。治疗方法用大连医疗器械厂制的氦-氖1型机,功率>3mw,波长6328(?),单色红光,光斑直径<1.5mm。治疗时闭合双眼,采取病灶部位直接照射,距离30～50cm,每日1次,每次8～10min,5～7次为一疗程,照射
