目的了解北京市西城区2000-2008年初三学生HBsAg阳性和ALT异常情况,为开展乙肝防治工作提供参考。方法整群抽取西城区2000-2008年初三学生84905名,对HBsAg和ALT进行检测。结果2000-2008年北京市西城区初三学生HBsAg阳性率为0.81%,低于全国平均水平,各年龄组男、女生阳性率差异多无统计学意义,且HBsAg阳性率呈逐渐下降趋势。ALT异常检出率为0.61%,各年龄组男生多高于女生,差异均有统计学意义。结论西城区初三年级学生HBsAg阳性率和ALT异常率均较低。该区乙肝疫苗预防接种效果较好。
Objective To understand the HBsAg positive and ALT abnormalities in the three students from 2000 to 2008 in Xicheng District of Beijing, and to provide references for the prevention and control of hepatitis B. Methods A total of 84,905 students from 2000 to 2008 in Xicheng District were enrolled in this study. HBsAg and ALT were detected. Results The positive rate of HBsAg in the third year of Xicheng District in Beijing from 2000 to 2008 was 0.81%, which was lower than the national average. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of HBsAg between male and female students in all age groups. The positive rate of HBsAg was gradually decreased. ALT abnormality detection rate was 0.61%, boys in all age groups were higher than girls, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion HBsAg positive rate and ALT abnormal rate in the third grade students in Xicheng District are lower. Hepatitis B vaccine vaccination in this area is better.
