目的:观察避光精密输液器在降低静脉输注夫西地酸所致静脉炎、疼痛中的效果。方法:将63例静脉输注夫西地酸的患者分为三组,每组均为21例,均以平均(40~50)滴/分钟的速度输注,第一组使用一次性双头输液器,第二组使用一次性精密输液器,第三组使用一次性避紫外光精密输液器,观察三组输注夫西地酸纳所致静脉炎的发生率。结果:经统计学分析,三组静脉炎发生率、疼痛发生率,差异有显著性。结论:使用避光精密输液器可有效降低静脉输注夫西地酸钠所致的疼痛及静脉炎发生率。
Objective: To observe the effect of light-shielding precision infusion set in reducing phlebitis and pain caused by intravenous infusion of fusidic acid. Methods: Sixty-three patients received intravenous fusidic acid were divided into three groups (n = 21 in each group). All patients were infused with an average of (40-50) drops / minute. In the first group, Infusion sets, the second group used disposable precision infusion sets, the third group used one-time anti-ultraviolet light precision infusion sets, and observed the incidence of phlebitis induced by three groups. Results: The statistical analysis, the incidence of phlebitis in three groups, the incidence of pain, the difference was significant. Conclusion: The use of light-sensitive precision infusion set can effectively reduce the incidence of pain and phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion of sodium fusidate.
