本文从理论上深入探讨了乡镇企业崛起的原因及在国民经济中的战略地位:在广泛调查的基础上,阐述了郑州市乡镇企业的概况,论述了乡镇企业技术开发中存在的问题及其主要原因.总结出技术开发中的四种主要形式和三个基本特点。在此基础上,采取定量和定性相结合的方法,通过深入研究,综合分析,在我省第一次系统地提出了乡镇企业技术开发中应遵循的五项基本原则、当前应着重解决的六个问题和保证技术开发顺利实施的九条对策。针对性强,有独到的见解和创新,为指导我省乡镇企业走依靠科技进步、健康发展之路,提供了科学依据。对深化乡镇企业的改革,促其持续、稳定发展,具有重大意义。
This paper theoretically discusses in depth the causes of the rise of township enterprises and their strategic position in the national economy. On the basis of extensive investigations, this paper expounds the general situation of township and village enterprises in Zhengzhou and discusses the problems and their main problems in the development of township and village enterprises. Reasons. Summarizes the four major forms and three basic features in technology development. On this basis, a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was adopted. Through in-depth research and comprehensive analysis, the five basic principles that should be followed in the technological development of township enterprises were systematically proposed for the first time in our province. Two issues and nine measures to ensure the smooth implementation of technological development. Strong targeted and original insights and innovations provide scientific basis for guiding the township and township enterprises in our province to rely on scientific and technological progress and healthy development. It is of great significance to deepen the reform of township enterprises and promote their sustained and stable development.
