我院是一所地方性高师院校,担负着培养和培训适应基础教育现代化的人民教师的光荣任务.教师是学校的根本,青年教师是学校的未来,建设一支政治上业务上都过硬的青年教师队伍,是师范院校担负的任务所决定的.本文结合工作实践探讨青年教师的党建问题.一、现状在学校师资中,近年来青年教师的比例越来越大,目前35岁以下青年教师有74人,已占教师总数的41%,教育教学的重任相当一部分已现实地落到了青年教师的肩上.从总体上看,整个青年教师队伍的素质是比较好的,他们热爱所从事的教育事业,业务上刻苦钻研,有的在教学、科研中已成为业务骨干.但就政治追求讲,部分青年教师的政治热情不够高.现在全院提出入党申请报告的青年教师有12人,占非党青年教师总数的23%,可以看出在青年教师中申请入党的比例还偏低,入党积极分子的来源不足,导致个别系的教师中党员还有空白点.近年来,特别是十四届四中全会以后,党委加大了这方面工作的力度,取得了一定的经验.

Now there are 12 young teachers who submitted a report on joining the party, Accounting for 23% of the total number of non-party youth teachers. It can be seen that the proportion of young teachers applying for joining the party is still low, and there are not enough sources of activists joining the party. As a result, There are gaps in the division of party members in recent years, especially after the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th Party committee increased the intensity of work in this area, achieved some experience.
