为提高矿井工作面液压支架工作效率以及采面自动化控制水平,提出一种液压支架工作状态监测系统,该系统融合有线、无线两种传输方式将布置在液压支架上的各传感器监测数据传输给监测分站;监测粉尘使用 CAN 总线方式进行数据共享,后通过 TCP/IP 方式将监测结果传输给监测主机进行处理分析。监测主机通过监测平台实时显示液压支架工作状态、工作阻力等参数,并对自动判定液压支架故障类型。研究成果可为在一定程度上提高矿井液压支架综合监测能力。“,”in order to improve the working efficiency of hydraulic support and the level of automatic control in mining face, a monitoring system for working condition of hydraulic support is proposed.
