为国家培养综合性高素质的外语人才,是大学开设外语课的重要目的,随着英语在世界各个国家的发展,在国际的更广泛使用,英语已然成为许多国家的第二语言,当然也包括中国。大学的在校生多是90后学生,他们已经不能满足于单一的教学模式。为了提高大学生的综合素质,提高大学生的英语能力,就要以综合素质为核心的现代大学英语的教学模式对其进行培养与探索。
