现代企业通过运用价值链管理方法培育和发展企业的核心竞争力,使其在激烈的市场竞争中获得竞争优势。基于价值链优化的视角,结合装备工业的特点,提出装备工业管理绩效评价指标体系的评价原则,构建基于价值链优化的装备工业管理绩效评价的指标体系,运用模糊综合评价模型对黑龙江省装备工业管理绩效进行评价,从理论和实践的结合上论证评价指标体系的科学性和有效性。
Modern enterprises cultivate and develop the core competitiveness of enterprises through the use of value chain management methods to gain competitive advantage in the fierce market competition. Based on the optimization of the value chain, combined with the characteristics of the equipment industry, this paper puts forward the evaluation principle of the equipment industry management performance evaluation index system and builds an index system based on the value chain optimization of the equipment industry management performance evaluation.
